🎨 About the Camp

Calling all tween & teen creatives! This summer, we’re going big—really big. Campers will spend five days creating a large-scale mixed media masterpiece on a giant canvas, learning the real techniques artists use to take their ideas from concept to finished artwork.

If your kid loves to draw, paint, collage, or create for hours at home… this is their camp.

🖼️ What We’ll Create

Campers will choose the subject matter that excites them most—
🌼 a vase of flowers
🐶 a favorite pet
✨ or any idea they can translate into art

Then they’ll learn how professional artists:

• Sketch and plan their composition

• Paint their own patterned papers

• Cut, collage, and layer for texture

• Build bold, confident shapes on a large canvas

• Add depth, details, and mixed media elements

• Seal their artwork like a pro

Every step is hands-on, expressive, and designed to stretch their creativity.

💬 Real Artist Training

Because real artists don’t just create—they grow.
Throughout the week, campers will:

• Participate in positive peer critiques

• Give and receive helpful feedback

• Learn how to rework areas they’re unsure of

• Practice making bold choices (and fixing mistakes!)

• Explore new ideas and suggestions from fellow artists

Duration: 5 days
Time: 3 hours each day
Cost: $350, includes all supplies and tools necessary and snacks/drinks
Ages: 10+, Camper should genuinely love to create and experiment and not afraid to make “mistakes”
Skill Level: Beginner–Advanced welcomed
